- Built web-based systems to simplify room inspections and administrative workflows, enhancing operational efficiency for staff.
- Implemented a Line bot to send real-time reminders and notifications for new tickets, ensuring faster response and better coordination.
- Maintained web infrastructure using .NET, NextJS, AngularJS, NestJS, and ReactJS for 20 laboratories and handling up to 1,000 concurrent users across campuses.
- Containerized applications with Docker and implemented CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, building, and deployment.
